Employment Opportunities

General Information

NwOESC has a staff of  approximately 300 employees along with a large number of afterschool program and substitute employees. There are a variety of potential career opportunity areas with our service organization. We welcome your application for employment consideration with our organization for specific vacancies. As you complete an application, please complete the entire application and provide accurate information. The information you provide is your opportunity to introduce yourself to our organization and present your educational and professional qualifications for the position you are seeking.

We are always looking for substitute teachers and substitute paraprofessionals (classroom aides).  If you are interested in becoming a substitute teacher or paraprofessional CLICK HERE

When vacancies are posted, applications are screened and candidates are selected for an interview based on their skills and qualifications as presented on the application.  If you are looking for a teaching position or paraprofessional position you may want to consider applying as a substitute until you find a regular position.  Application for employment will not automatically place you on the substitute list nor will a substitute application automatically place you in an interview for hire list.

Please upload a letter of interest and resume with your completed application in AppliTrack.  You may be asked to also upload your background checks, transcripts, evaluations, or letters of recommendations. These may also be brought to scheduled interviews.
