Registration Process

Registration is required and completed online via our third-party registration site, Local Level Events. NwOESC events are not publicly searchable through the Local Level Events website, so a direct link is required to access registration. Registration requires that you have a username and password through Local Level Events. You will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided. This confirms your completed registration. For your convenience, you can view all events you have attended through Local Level Events when you login and click “My Account” at the top of the screen.

NOTE: Generally, only one registration is allowed per person. If you are sharing a computer with a fellow employee, ensure the person before you has signed-out of the registration software before you try to register. If you have problems registering, please contact our office at (567) 444-4809 or email us.

Eligibility to Attend
NwOESC professional development workshops are free (unless otherwise stated) and open to school districts within Defiance, Fulton, Henry and Williams counties in Ohio.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to event start time for attendance verification.

Inclement Weather Policy
NwOESC will attempt to hold all events as scheduled, despite the delay or closing of area schools. In the event of severe inclement weather or other emergencies, NwOESC may cancel an event for safety reasons. NwOESC will make every attempt to contact registrants in the event of a cancellation.

Cancellations Policy
To cancel your registration, please email us or call (567) 444-4809. You cannot cancel your own registration.

Certificate of Attendance
Upon completion of an NwOESC workshop, each participant will be issued a Certificate of Attendance that lists the description and contact hours for that event. The Certificate of Attendance will be sent as a downloadable link within a SurveyMonkey event survey within 48 hours of the event.
