Independence Education Center (IEC) is a self-contained building for students at the K-12 level who require intensive behavioral supports to meet their educational goals. The IEC strives to provide students with opportunities to succeed and grow as individuals in a therapeutic environment that encourages students to take healthy chances and feel good about themselves. All 23 school districts in our service region participate in this program as an option for students with disabilities requiring this level of support per their individualized education program.
