We are looking forward to seeing all ESC staff - new or experienced in any position - at our annual NwOESC Fall Staff Meeting taking place on Thursday, August 6, 2026 at the Northwest Ohio ESC located at 205 Nolan Parkway in Archbold.
Our theme this year is "The Superpower of Appreciation" and we are so excited to kick off the 2026-27 school year with you! Mr. Tom Speaks, The Impact Group, is our keynote speaker.
A FEW THINGS TO NOTE:
- Everyone is to arrive between 7:45–8:15 a.m. for check-in. We'll kick off the morning with a full hot breakfast, so come hungry!
- The day is scheduled as a full workday on staff calendars. Our formal program will conclude before lunch, after which you'll have self-directed work time at a location of your choosing. Lunch will be on your own this year.
- Please consider helping us start off the year with a little spirit! Show your NwOESC pride by wearing suggestions below if you can:
- Superhero-themed attire, or
- NwOESC or district apparel
***If you are unable to attend, you will need to enter a full personal day into the Red Rover absence management system.***
We can't wait to see everyone on August 6 as we reconnect, celebrate the start of a new year, and continue the important work we do for the students, families, and districts we serve. It's going to be a great year!
