Honoring Healthy Habits Challenge

Welcome to the NwOESC
HONORING HEALTHY HABITS CHALLENGE!!!

They say it takes twenty-one days to make or break a habit.  Are you ready to change something, but you need that extra little motivation to keep you going?

For the upcoming months of February, March, April and May, the Wellness Committee announces our “Honoring Healthy Habits” challenge.  Each month will have a specific focus, with the goal of building healthy habits in a variety of areas. (Click on each month below to download the calendar):
May:   Putting It All Together! (coming soon)

Each month's calendar is designed in such a way that you may
select any listed activity to complete on any given day in that month.  Just use the box in the corner of each day to check off (or write in the date if that helps) the activity that you feel like doing each day, and by the end of the month, you'll have a record of completed activities!  You may skip five activities of your choice in each month if you so choose.  This will still count as a completed month.  Although you are welcome to complete more than one activity each day, you may only use one of those as a "qualifying activity" per day.  At the end of each month's challenge, a survey will be sent out for you to complete so that your name can be entered into the drawing for one of FOUR $50 prize baskets!

In May, there will be a “Healthy Habits” BINGO challenge – an opportunity for you to pull together all those great healthy habits you learned along the way!  What an excellent way to honor ourselves!  If you BINGO (again as you confirm through a survey), you will be in the drawing to win one of two $100 gift cards!

We encourage all NwOESC staff to participate in this fun challenge to honor, build and maintain "Healthy Habits".  If you have any questions regarding this process, please feel free to ask anyone on the Wellness Committee for clarification.
