Sarah Baker has been such an encouragement this year. It is always such a joy to run into her whenever we cross paths on our different assignments. She is always ready to jump in and help by meeting staff and learners right where they are. She is great at problem solving and working with the team to find a solution that will best suit the learners needs. She is great at advocating for the needs of her learners and is thorough in her communication. Sarah is a light wherever she goes and always takes time to check in on those she's working with. As a floater, I'm always working all over the place, so these little check-ins really warm my soul. I am grateful for her kind friendship and warm heart. She really does make a difference.
