IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR TEACHERS REGISTERING FOR MULTIPLE CREDITS:
If you are registering for multiple credits, please click on the link above with the roman numeral that corresponds to the desired number of credits. For example, if you want 2 credits, click the link with II at the end of the name of the course. The system will not allow you to click on the I link twice and pay for it.

Please note - we have moved to a new software platform, and everyone will need to create a brand-new profile regardless of whether they have taken courses with Ashland in the past. Once they create the new account, the new system will sync with the old system and merge their profiles together.

When trying to access your Ashland profile, we have new directions for that. Those are here:

You can click here to be taken to the student portal, Self-Service Ashland where you can view your records with the university. In order to login, Self-Service asks you for an Ashland University email address and password. Your Ashland University email address is your Ashland University username + @ashland.edu. If you don't already have a login, please visit https://pass.it.ashland.edu/authorization.do.

If you do not know your username or you are experiencing difficulty you can call the Ashland Technical Support Center or TSC for help at 419-289-5405.

Please contact Andrew Hunter at [email protected]  for specifics on assignments and work to be completed.  You must have a certificate of completion and write a summary of key takeaways to receive credit.

Date: 9/1/2026 to 6/30/2027
