As we embark on 2025, we’re thrilled to introduce "Thriving Together in 2025: Embrace the Marigold Mentality" — a mid-year challenge designed to nurture our health, habits, and happiness. Inspired by the marigold’s symbolism of encouragement and growth, this challenge is about lifting each other up and thriving as members of supportive, vibrant communities.
Over the next three months — February, March, and April — we’ll focus on wellness, celebrate individual achievements, and build habits that help us flourish. Whether through healthy living, mental well-being, or acts of kindness, let’s grow stronger together!

Focus: Nutrition and Social Connection
Goal: Nourish yourself and build meaningful connections.
Activities: Follow February’s calendar for daily tasks like preparing healthy meals, sharing meals with loved ones, or trying new recipes.
Prizes: Complete your February calendar and survey to enter a drawing for four $50 gift cards.
Bonus Volunteer Challenge: Participate in a volunteer activity in February to enter a separate drawing for two $50 gift cards.
March: Mind Matters Month (CALENDAR)
Focus: Mental and Emotional Well-Being
Goal: Build resilience, gratitude, and mindfulness.
Activities: Engage in daily practices like journaling, mindfulness, or connecting with friends using March’s calendar.
Prizes: Complete your March calendar and survey to enter a drawing for four $50 gift cards.

April: Spring Into Action Step Challenge
Focus: Physical Activity and Commitment
Goal: Strengthen your physical health by logging daily steps and non-step activities (like yoga, gardening, or cardio drumming—30 minutes = 3,000 steps).
Prizes: Complete your April calendar and survey to enter a drawing, with the top eight participants (highest totals) earning prizes!
